What we require from tenants to meet our criteria
- 2 Forms of identification- i.e. Drivers license, passport, Medicare card, etc.
- 2 recent landlord/agent references
- If no rental, then a minimum of two personal/character references required.
- Proof of current residential address- i.e. telephone or electricity account.
- Copies of previous rental receipts or a copy of the tenants rent history.
- Supporting proof of income- i.e. copy of current pay slips x3, benefits advice & confirmation letter from employer.
YOU MUST VIEW THE PROPERTY FIRST BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION.
On approval of application a holding deposit of one week rent applies, until this is paid the property will remain on our office rental list. If you withdraw from the lease the deposit will be forfeited.
OUR OFFICE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALLOW FOR ANY CHANGES TO THE ABOVE.
